It has been learned from Animal Husbandry department that the milking machine concept in rural Kerala failed due to constant power failure and non-availability of electricity. This system is beneficial to the farmers as well as safe and comfortable for animals too. It will prevent air and noise pollution from diesel generators and also helps to avoid various diseases generated from unhygienic milking practices.
